01Who is responsible

This website is published by Rm Ecom - Luxury Bay, 18-26 rue Goubet, 75019 Paris, France, which acts as data controller for the cookies described in this policy.

02What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way. Some are needed for the site to work, others are optional and are only used with your consent.

03How we ask for your consent

  • Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent.
  • Audience measurement, live chat and social media content stay disabled until you accept them, all at once or category by category.
  • Refusing is as easy as accepting. Closing the banner counts as a refusal.
  • Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask you again.
  • Embedded Instagram posts are replaced by a placeholder until you allow them, and the live chat only loads when you open it.

05Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the related cookies are deleted.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent your choices from being remembered.

06Transfers outside the European Union

Google and Meta may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics is configured with Google signals and ad personalization disabled.

07Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes), the French data protection authority.

08California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Some optional cookies (audience measurement and social media content) may be considered "sharing" under California law. They stay off unless you enable them.

You can opt out at any time with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page. We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.

Categories of personal information collected through cookies: identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address) and internet activity (pages viewed, interactions). We do not collect sensitive personal information through cookies, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Retention periods are listed in the table above.
